ISACON Puducherry 2026

1. Registration for the conference is mandatory.
2. The first author must be the presenting author.
3. The presenting author must ensure that all co-authors have reviewed and approved the abstract before submission.
4. Postgraduate students are required to submit a permission letter from their Head of Department.
5. ISA membership is mandatory for presentation.

Free Paper Presentation:
 • Only original research studies/articles are eligible.
 • Ethics Committee (IEC) approval is mandatory wherever applicable.

Free Poster Presentation:
The following categories are eligible:
 • Original Research Articles
 • Case Reports
 • Case Series
 • Innovations / Novel Techniques

• Clearly mention the presentation category (Paper / Poster).
• Submit the abstract in Microsoft Word format only (.doc / .docx).
• Use Times New Roman, Font Size 12.

Each delegate may submit:
• One Free Paper abstract, and
• One Free Poster abstract.

• The abstract must be original work.
• The abstract must not have been:
 – Published in any journal.
 – Accepted for publication.
 – Presented at any previous conference.
• Abstracts containing statements such as "data will be discussed during presentation" will not be accepted.
• Any abstract found to be plagiarized will be disqualified.

• All abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee.
• The Scientific Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any abstract.
• Acceptance/rejection will be communicated to the corresponding/presenting author via email.

The submission should include:
• Presenting Author Name
• Institution
• Mobile Number (WhatsApp preferred)
• Email ID
• ISA Membership Number
